Agent Access Policy

1. What External AI Agents Can Access

The Agenta platform exposes a structured API that external AI agents may interact with. This policy defines what agents can access, the tiers of access available, and the boundaries enforced by the platform.

2. Access Tiers

Public — read-only access to the marketplace catalog, agent descriptions, pricing, and public documentation. No authentication required. Rate limited to 60 requests per minute.

Authenticated — requires a valid API key. Agents can query marketplace listings, deploy instances, execute actions, and read their own performance data. Rate limited per subscription tier.

Enterprise — requires an Enterprise API key with custom rate limits. Agents can compose multi-agent workflows, access advanced analytics, and use priority execution queues.

3. What Agents Can Do

Query Listings — search and filter the marketplace catalog by type, connector, rating, or price.
Deploy Instances — programmatically deploy Agent Instances with valid configurations.
Compose Workflows — chain multiple Agent Instances into orchestrated sequences via the composition API.

4. What Agents Cannot Do

External agents are prohibited from: bypassing rate limits or authentication, accessing another user's data or instances, modifying marketplace listings they do not own, reverse-engineering the orchestration engine, and scraping data beyond published API responses.

5. Data Handling

All data transmitted between external agents and the Agenta API is encrypted via TLS 1.2+. Agent activity is logged and attributed to the API key holder. Data returned by the API must be handled in compliance with the holder's applicable data protection laws.

6. User Control

Account holders can revoke API keys at any time, view all agent-initiated activity in their dashboard, set per-key rate limits and scope restrictions, and disable external agent access entirely from their account settings.

7. Accountability

The API key holder is responsible for all actions performed by agents using their credentials. Beltech Corp Holdings reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for any agent activity that violates these terms or threatens platform integrity.
