Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Agenta platform ("Service") operated by Beltech Corp Holdings ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

Agent — an AI-powered automation unit listed in the Agenta marketplace.
Instance — a deployed copy of an Agent configured for your account.
Action — a single execution of an Agent Instance task.
Connector — an integration bridge between an Agent and a third-party service.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Agent Deployment

You may deploy Agents from the marketplace subject to your subscription tier's action limits. You are responsible for the configuration and output of your deployed Agent Instances. The Company is not liable for actions taken by Agents on your behalf.

5. Marketplace

The Agenta marketplace hosts Agents created by the Company and third-party developers. Third-party Agents are provided as-is. The Company reserves the right to remove any Agent from the marketplace at any time for any reason.

6. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Usage beyond your tier's action limit will be suspended until the next billing cycle or an upgrade. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. The Company may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and Agent framework, is the property of Beltech Corp Holdings. You retain ownership of your data and Agent configurations. By using the Service, you grant the Company a limited license to process your data as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Beltech Corp Holdings be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
