Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Account Data — email address, name, and hashed password provided at registration.
Agent Activity — logs of Agent Instance actions, configurations, connector usage, and performance metrics.
Usage Data — page views, feature usage, session duration, and device information collected automatically.
Payment Data — billing information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to operate and improve the Service, process transactions, generate performance analytics for your dashboard, enforce rate limits, detect abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL databases with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Access controls follow the principle of least privilege. Database backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:
Stripe — for payment processing, subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
Legal Requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or government request.
We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any other third parties.

5. Your Rights

Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.
Portability — export your Agent configurations and activity logs in JSON format.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with 30 days' notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
